Thank you for the help. I went out and got waxed string and was able to loop it through and pull the lens forward. I am going to try and heat it up and mold it to the wing to hopefully make it easier in the future.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes it looks like there is barely any material coming off with the drill. I’m guessing they may have been slightly undersized on this two skins because all the others have been fine.
